Holmes Disease

Hi,
i have a sister-in-law who has been suffering from tremors for 4 years now. It started in the right foot, then moved up to the arm and the whole right side and then over to the left. She has had DBS on both sides of her brain, which helped to a degree, but she is declining rapidly. She has been diagnosed with Holmes disease with some aspects of Parkinsons Disease. She is on sinimet, which also helps a little but the positive results are erratic. Is anyone familiar with Holmes - diagnosis and treatment? Does anyone know someone with Holmes?
