Prednisone and Parkinson's

I have  Parkinson's disease and take a burst of prednisone. I had very high energy are a few days and am now experienciing experiencing extreme fatigue and very low-energy. Does anyone know how long this will last and whether there's anything that I can do to get back to where I was before I took the prednisone?
