Question about sufficiency of medical treatment

Hello,
I am a 61-years-old man who was diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease one year ago with first degree symptoms (trembling of the right hand, slight difficulty swallowing). I was perscribed Sifrol Pramipexol and I take it once a day. Is the medication enough for this stage, or is there anything else I should be taking?
Thank you for reading.

It would depend on how it is helping as individual responses vary especially over time. See how it ie helping you over time and if it becomes less effective then let your neurologist or other treating physician know.
