What kind of tremor is this?

About 4-5 years ago noticed individual fiber fasciculations in muscles of the thigh and calves.  About 2 years ago noticed thata when sitting in certain possition, I was developing twitching in my left thumb but only in certain muscle possition. This, in months, began involving the rest of my left hand and started noticing the tremor in my left leg.  Again the tremor only happens when mucles are in certain flex possition.  Not at rest and I dont have it while I sleep. I can supress the tremor if purposely place my hand at rest.   I had MRI, full blood work done by 3 neurologists.  Two of them said that it wasn't parkinson and placed me on Inderal and Mysoline( which I had to stop due to side efects).  The Inderal "may be" helping but not significant.  I also took Neurontin without results.  My 3erd Neurologist did a surface EMG which was consistent with asymmetric predominantly rest, 5 Hz left arm tremor with some myoclonus.  All this, consistent with Parkinsonism.  Sinemet has not helped and I am, at this time taking two 50/100 three times a day.  I can't see any difference with the tremor.  My handwritting has not changed, my gate has not slowed down and I have no cogwheeling.  I can write on my keyboard without tremors and I can button up my shirt without problem.
