does twitching and electrical activity comes with tightening leg muscles in parkinson's

Hi. I've bin having electrical activity mainly in my feet, sometimes hands and legs. It starts with tingling and prickling and goes on to buzzing like feeling and also twitching allover body for close to 2 years now.my back muscles and my gluteal muscles are constantly stiff along with other leg muscles. Are these early symptoms of parkinson's diseae? Neurologists dont have answers.

This could be a symptom of vitamin D overdose causing hypercalcimia. I had this really bad, quit taking all D and calcium and it is slowly getting better. I mean like months. Check out what you are consuming.
