dystonia

I was put on valum 3 times a day for dystonia and it helped alot i was getting muscle spasms everywhere even inspine,heart shoulderblade,feet an hands the worst it was doing pretty good until i went swimming and today their back in full force,anyone know why? i cant take botox as im on cuminin the rest of my life for blood clots,does this blood clot thing have anything to do with distonia?
