hands are getting very shakey(shaky)

I'm 60yrs. young and a semi-retired carpenter/mechanic. My hands are getting very shakey (shaky)......I've been to a specialist and told I have familial tremors, yes it does run in my family but I seem to be the worst. I know I've done a lot of hammering/pounding and have absorbed a lot of shock in my job in the last 33+ yrs. but I'm wondering if I could somehow reverse some of the damage I've done thru diet/nutrition/targeted exercise/supplementation, etc. what is your opinion?   thanks!
