help please

i woke up about a month ago with a twitch in my right eye. it comes and goes as it pleases. im 20yrs old and very scared. i need to know could this be PD? i have no other health problems.

It could be any number of things but if you have no other symptoms that's not how Parkinson's Disease usually starts (which is trembling in the hands). If you haven't taken any medications that can cause movement disorders given that what you described sounds tic like you might look up Tourrette's Syndrome. But only a neurologist can provide a diagnosis so you should see one.
