What triggers the severe leg cramps?  Could be dietary insufficiency, or any number of things.

i have muscle spasms and cramping in my legs as well. I was also told that I have a tremor in my upper body which is more severe on my right side. my hands shake sometimes severely especially on my right side when I am at rest. When I get up in the morning I have a hard time walking normally. I also have nausea often. Do you have any of these symptoms? Parkinson's Disease runs in my family. Does it run in yours?
I am taking Baclofen for my spasms and cramping. It seems to help with the pain but the spasms are still there.
