skin sensations

My father who is 91 has early stage Parkinson. One curious symptom is that one minute he is hot the next he is freezing. Is this a Parkinson related symptom?

I have simular discomfort it is my autonomic nervous system malfunctioning. However sometimes medication causes the same symptoms.
