Hi there,
I'm having trouble seeing any lesions in the picture provided. Is there something that you're concerned about?  If so, this needs to be examined in person with the appropriate equipment.  This is usually performed by an ENT physician who would perform a biopsy of any suspicious lesions.  I would be more than happy to explain any pathology report that you have if a biopsy is performed.
Best,
John

You're more than welcome!  Funny how stress has a way of doing that to all of us.  Let me know if there's anything else I can do, glad you're feeling better!

Just a case of stress in my life causing increased anxiety and coming down with something that lasted a bit longer than im used to. Thank you so much. I am grateful that there are people like u and hope that i have not wasted too much of you're time.
