Date of Birth : 15-June-2007
This was done on 19.06.2007 after 6 months now he is more & less in good condition.
but infection causing fiver, cold & cough are continuous and occurring almost every month.
Conditions like HIE are often complicated in a baby who is premature. If the baby has been saved and care has been taken in an incubator after birth every thing will be fine till he reaches the term-6 weeks after normal delivery at 32 weeks of pregnancy. But slight symptoms like cough and fever are recurring just because he is immuno compromised due to premature birth. The most important complication limiting death in a baby with HIE is retardation and coma.So there is nothing much to be worried about your baby as he is totally fine.Let him be fed with very nutritious food that provides him sufficient proteins, minerals ,fats, carbohydrates as this is the reason for imunno compromise in babies when they are malnourished.Keep me updated.
