Chest pain 3 mo. with Right Bundle Branch Block

My 12 year old has had chest pains for 3 months and his CKG showed right bundle branch block.  We are waiting for ecocariogram results.  What are the possibilities?  He was adopted and the father's family had some unknown heart problems.

my 4 year old has a complete RBBB and he does get chest pain and they say it is nothing to worry about. (Yeah it is easier said then done not to worry) I am glad they are following it up with an echo. this will give you a better idea. I hope things go well a RBBB isn't usually as serious as a LBBB.
has he had a holter monitor yet. it is just an ekg but he wears it for 24 hours?

My middle boy has had this show up on his EKG and so has my dh. For both of them their cardiologists have told them it was benign.
