If you are asking if this could be heart related chest pain, I would tell you the chances of that are basically nil, not only because of what you descibe but because children who suffer from true heart related chest pain have severe forms of heart disease which you would never see a 'normalNormal saline flush' EKG on. Have you taken her to a Pulmonologist?
