Kids with Transposition and Contact Sports
My son was born with TGI in 2000, he successfully underwent arterial switch surgery and has had excellent health and a clean bill of health at all of his annual cardiology visits.  He is extrememly athletic and I was wondering if there would be any danger in him playing contact sports such as Football?

The only person who would be able to give you an answer to this question would be your son's pediatric cardiologist. Most of the time, they will tell you up front if your child has to have restricted activity so may be that is good news. Ask his doctor.
