when she was 8and half yr an attempt was made to complet the fontan and when she she was taken for surgery surgeon could not undertake it same reason high pa pressuresPressure ulcer and she has collateral veins so some of them were coiled and left to right shunt was done which was 6 mm which have improved her saturation but now again her saturations are dipping and doc is suggesting again for fontan and next week they are going to do angigraphy to dtermine her PA pressures . pls suggest what can be the possibilities for her.
