Rapid Heartbeat

My 5yr old has a rapid heartbeat of 40 bpm over.  Her appointment with the specialist is not until 2days away due to insurance auth.
What can I do naturally to lower her heart rate?

Hello and welcome to our site. You do not say how fast your child's heartbeat is. Keep in mind that a child's normal heart rate is faster than an adult's . What is your child's rate and what was she doing when you took her pulse?
