chest pains and dry throat

Greetings.i have been having chest pains and my throat drying up several times.i was at the clinic i was given aintbiotics which made the problem stop for a while but it's back again.now am feeling pain on the left side of the chest and at times on the right.i really want to knw what this is.jst praying it's not T.B.plz help me and going to have any x-ray tomorrow but i have no money for the doctor to read it for me so i will have to check it myself then ask other people with medical knowledge.thank you.
