high heart rate?

my 5 year old came down with 103 degree fever tonight.  we gave hear children's moltrin and got it down to 99.  her heart rate is 120 bpm.  it seems heavy.  should i be concerned?

I would not be concerned over this at all. It is normal for the heart rate to be higher than normal when there is a fever present. Also the heart rates you are referring to aren't that high for a 5 year old anyway.
