my newborn baby has hole in heart 2.2mm.

my newborn baby has 2.2 mm hole in heart . doc says it can be close automatically as baby grows . plz suggest your opinion.

The doctor is advising you correctly.  It should be monitored over time to see if it does close.

Your baby has a very small hole and as stated above, it should close without any problem. Understand that all babies are born with a small hole in their hearts, this is actually normal. Take care and enjoy your little one!
