second endo opinion

Saw the new pediatric endo today. He felt a second blood test in three months was sufficient right now.  The Tsh and Prolactin levels, he was not concerned with them. He felt levels were fine.  As for the synthroid, said it wasn't warrented for her and the bone age at this point there really is much to do for her since she has been menstruating for 1year and a 1/2 already. Doesn't need any MRI either.  After recheck of blood he feels it there is any increase, which he doubts we would discuss then. what is your opinion?

I agree with the plan of care and honestly both approaches lead to the same result, one is more aggressive and very protective and the other is a little more easy going with some experience, I agree the prolactin does not scare me, repeating the labs will help and when he does that we will see a comparison. Hope you are more at ease, as far as the bone age, not to worry, her predicted height is not bad so far.
