RIGHT VENTRICLE

Dear Doctor,

My wife is pregnant 23 weeks 1 day. The right ventricle is 10.9mm. Is it a serious concern? The doctor whom we are consulting here locally in Dubai said there chances that it will come down gradually. The left is 7.7mm which is normal.

What are the reasons for such happenings? (infection or any other thing). Also the doctor said it goes beyond 15mm then only it is severe.

How to tackle this? Is there any medication we can do?

Kindly reply to me
