Dear Bijay,

Without evaluating this girl, I cannot say what the management needs to be.  I do not treat echocardiogram reports, as it is not enough information to be able to be truly helpful.  It appears that there is some volume loading but that the defect is somewhat restrictive.  That is all I can say about it.
