Dear Angle,

I cannot say for sure what is happening without seeing you.  However, this is most likely non-cardiac in nature, and is most probably something musculoskeletal.  If you are not having pain or reduction/change in your ability to function, it can most likely be observed or, at most, evaluated by your primary care provider.  If you are having persistent pain, difficuilty breathing, or other grossly abnormal symptoms, have this looked at urgently.
