10 month old twins have sore throat and cough

both my boys woke up with a very raspy cough. they whine every time they cough, sneak, etc. you can  hear how bad it sounds. any ideas on what i can give them for relief. I'm guessing nothing since they are babies. But any home remedies or idea?  thanks all!

you can give them ibuprofen, as directed on the back of the bottle, to help with the pain of it. though most sore throats are caused by a virus, so it has to run it's course. don't give them anti-biotics unless they've been prescribed them, as viruses don't respond to anti-biotics. hope they feel better soon.
