13 month-old baby diarrhea soury smell & greenish

My baby is 13 month olds. 4 days ago, he got a fever, vomit and diarrhea at the same time. We took him to the doctor. Now, fever is gone, no more vomitting, but still got bad diarrhea. His stool has soury smell, watery and green in color.
