17 month old will not take finger food

My 17 month old daughter will not take finger foods. She has reflux and has been on lansoprazole solutabs. Prior to the medicine she would choke and gag on food. Now she will only take 1-2 bites of stage 3 baby food or pasta then closes her mouth and refuses anymore. She eats only 1 stage 2 baby food a day, and usually doesn't finish it. She just doesn't seem intereted in food. She also will not put anything in her own mouth. She is 27 inches and weighs 22 lbs.

may I ask how you feed her is she spoon fed or do you put the food in front of her to eat ?

having just reread your posy it does sound as if you feed her, many children like to feed themselves , I would put the food down in front of her and leave her to eat it, no cajoling, say nothing, sometimes any angst feeds off itself..if she finds she is getting attention she may do it for that .
