3 week baby & no bowel movement

My 3 week old baby hasn't had a bowel movement in almost a week.   She does regular pees and drinks her milk regularly, I breast feed and formula feed as well.  She pushes, and all she does is pass gas.   I've taken her to the doctor and was told that it was normal, they checked her temperature, her tummy, her chest her tounsils and everything seems to be fine.  I"ve given her Heinz apple juice and pear juice and nothng works.  Could you give me some advice?>?

First of all, don't give her any juice at her age. Secondly, babies which are mainly breastfed do not pass bowel movements regularly. My daughter would sometimes go up to 14 days without bowel movements, that's normal when being breastfed.
