3 year old with green stool / rash?

Hello,
Please help, I just moved to a new state, insurance is still in other state, my son who is three started having green stool almost every diaper about a week ago. We thought it would stop, it has not. Today I noticed a red raised bump and redness around his anus. I am concerened and before I most likely take him to the Er, I would like to know if anyone knows what this could be? Thank you

I just checked my son's diaper area about five minutes ago, and the redness is gone. I think it is from the green stool. Thank you God!
