3 yr old with painful bowel movements

Hi, I have a 3 yr old who has problems with her bowel movements. She sometimes passes a liquid stool and its sometimes soft and mushy its rarely hard. When she has any of these types of movements she always cry....i know its painful for he, because she'll run off in another room to try and poop. In every stool she passes rather it is hard, liquidy, or soft ; it has these black shell like things in it. She hasnt eaten anytig differently and its been like this for months. Her pediatrician says its just a change in her bowels but I dont know why would she cry every time...Can anyone possibly know whats wrong?

I agree that she must be in pain to cry each time , it maybe time to take her back for more answers or seek them elsewhere

That has she been eating 24 hours before the episodes, can you pinpoint any unusual foods she would eat , does anyone else feed her .?
