6 year old with clicky ankles/hips

My partner was playing with our children the other day, they were laying on the wooden floor and he was holding onto there feet/ankles and zooming them around (not roughly) anyway while he was doing this he noticed our 6 year old daughter's ankles were very clicky and every time he pulled her legs (whilst zooming around the floor) it felt as though the joints of her legs were popping out of her hip but then spring back in place when he let go! Is this quite normal? He wasn't pulling or pushing hard at all just enough to have a little fun. She did bot complain of pain in her ankles but on other occasions previous to them zooming on the floor has complained of hip pain from time to time!

well I would stop that game for starters if she is 6 year old shes probably too heavy and it may affect her ankles , see if it improves if he stops.
