7 yo boy with breast lump

Hi, since almost 2 weeks my 7 yo son has a lump on his right breast. He says it does not hurt. He have not had any accident or fall or punch in his lump. The lump is getting bigger and now I think it moved up from the nipple like 2 or 3 mm. He has not any symptoms of early puberty. Please Im very worried, I need help.

With any lump I can only say to you, take him to the doctor for him give you an answer I would only be guessing at something like a cyst .Good luck let us know how he is doing.

Thank you for your answer, I took him to the doctor last week, I've spoken to him last tuesday and he told me to wait for 2 more weeks. My son's lump has not changed in size but it is still there and Im very concerned.
