A lot of confusing symptoms

Hey, Im a 17 year old girl. ive had constipation issues for 2 years...with small bouts of diarhea (diarrhea). About 2 months ago - i was laying down and my ribs started to hurt. Then I got serious stabbing sensation in my lower abdomin (abdomen)...on both sides from around the belly button to the pelvic bone. I started sweating and felt nautious. It lasted 5 min. I ran to the bathroom and had diarhea (diarrhea). I felt a bit better - but 5 min later the same thing happened. It cycled around like 4 times until i finally got to bed. the next day I ate and drank fluids normally...but i ended up fainting. before i fainted i felt the same pain - i started sweating - and my vision slowly went. afterwards i got really bad chills. Everything was good for the next little while but i always seem to have a dull achy pain in my lower abdomin (abdomen) either under my belly button or just above my pelvic bone. A couple times my heart has started racing to 100 bpm even resting and totally calm. my usual is about 80 and 65 when calm and resting. I've also been getting joint and muscle pain in a lot of places. I get really bad pressure stabbing pains in my pelvis and vaginal area as well. Im getting vaginal discharge in excess amounts says the doctor. It is a lot trust me. its itchy to :( I just did a stool sample and saw red, white, and black specs in it. It cant be from food because i havent eaten anything in three days due to strep throat...whick brings me to another point.... I have had bronchitis, laryngitis, mono, and strep throat all within the past year. I really don't know what's going on with my body. I've been to the doctor a lot and im getting ultrasound results tomorrow...I'm just hoping to find any professional answers..   I get bad verta vego attacks to. Im still getting rib and back pain.    
I'm constantly tired...I could sleep forever and still be tired. I seem to be losing my appitite as well. The doctor doesnt know whats wrong with me because my abdomin (abdomen) is painful on both sides and not just one. I used to have anorexia but I am fully recovered. I also had 5 seizures two years ago from an accident with pills.  That Im fully recovered from as well. Please any advice would be awesome.  I have pretty bad breath even after brushing. i get chills a lot. I know there's alot of random things...thats why Im so confused.

it kind of sounds like for part of your issue that you are anemic. have they tested you for that.

Check Throid, some if not all symptoms seem to fit, Throid problems are usually in the family, but are often brought on by stress.  Being a teen-ager should be fun, goes by to quick, I hope you can get to the bottom of this and get some relief, you have been through alot, reflux and many other things can cause the bad breath, make sure you are totally onist with medical professionals, they need to know everything, journal your self, and take with you on next apt.  Best of Luck to you
