ADHD or just a normal child

My three year old is extreemly hyper doesnt interact well with her friends and cant ever seem to wait for anything...she is constantly running around and blurting things out to everyone even if they are aldready talking...she doesnt sleep well and well is just driving me crazy....I know its hard because she is so young but I watch kids often and none of them ever seem to act as bad as her...always throwing tantrums and everything...I try to keep things the same and very consistant but that isnt seeming to help...She will start one thing then two miutes later move on...I cant even get her to sit down to dinner more then five minutes

A lot of children at this age behave like this, does she get enough positive attention as sometimes children act out to get more attention,as negative attention is better than none. Is she at home with you has she any siblings she could be trying to compete with?  Get her onto a childs Multiple Vitamin with antioxidants B Complex Vit C as these have shown to be beneficial .Three year olds are like this , read stories to her and Make sure she gets plenty of activities with her Dad .
