Any ideas?

My son is 8 years old and has been unwell for about 8 weeks. He is constantly complaining of stomach pain on his right hand side just at the bottom of his ribs, headaches and feeling generally unwell. He is leathargic most of the time and has a temperature that comes and goes. He is also waking in the night soaked in sweat.
He has been backwards and forwards to the doctor and has had repeated blood tests. I do not have all results but know that his INR was 1.5 on the last test and 1.3 two weeks before. this test is being repeated on Wednesday. any ideas to what might be wrong would be much appreciated?
