Armpit odor in 6 yr old girl with petite stature

HI
My daughter is 6 and is petite . She weighs 42 lbs (5th percentile and 41.5' tall (off the chart below the 3rd percentile.)
She is recently dx with Poly JRA ana negative. She is being treated with Methotrexate and folic acid. She also takes motrin . I am very concerned about this body odor . She is not overweight which I believe can sometimes cause hormonal issues. Should we go to her pediatrician or go straight to a pediatric endocrinologist? I don't see any hair growth at all. I'm concerned that this is the start of something .Can you give me some guidance. Thank-You
