Bad Smell

What should i do about my sons recent body smell?  This past week he has developed a bad smell.  He smells like poop all the time.  It seems as the smell is coming out of his poors and his breath.  Can someone help me with what to do next?

Take him or her to the doctor right after he or she has had a bath, and tell the doc he or she was just bathed, and let the doctor smell.  If it's coming out of his pores, it might indicate a problem with an internal organ or something else, and the doctor should be willing to do some diagnostics if he or she can smell it.
