Bilateral ovarian microcysts in 22month old?

My daughter is 22 months old. She had had multiple episodes of dehydration and hospitalized twice. She recently had an abdominal and pelvic US that was unremarkable, most structures had limited views, and noted to have bilateral ovarian microcysts. She frequently complains of belly pain an in inconsolable at times. She urinates excessively, drinks more than she eats, and stools 3-4 times a day. Also her labs have shown to have bicarb level of 15, blood glucose 60 (non fasting), bun 30, urine spec gravity 1.003. Her urine is dilute but she is dehydrated??? Please help!

Have they talked about possible treatments? or what they think it is? the cysts can possibly shrink on their own, though the other part looks like diabetes...
