Blisters on mine and my toddler's feet!

Blisters on mine and my toddler's feet!

My 2 year old started out with some blisters on his feet last week that I thought were from sweating when playing, socks getting wet, etc.  They looked like they were starting to dry up but this morning he had another one on the side of his pinkie toe.  He's mostly had them on the bottom/sides of his feet.  He keeps saying he has a boo boo on his feet and acts like they hurt.  No fever or blisters anywhere else.
I noticed this morning I have one on the bottom of one of my toes. (I can feel it when I walk).  It's like a flat blister but there is fluid in it.  I also have a couple of red bumps on the top of my foot (just one foot) and a bump on the top that looks like a pimple (this is the only one that looks like that).  I also have a few red bumps on the palms of my hands (you can barely see them).

Neither of us have them anywhere else.  No fever, no sore throat, no trouble eating, etc. None of the symptoms of hand, foot, mouth disease.  What could this be?
