Bone Age

Bone Age

My son is 6 yrs. 2 mo. and has been taking Humatrope since he was four. He is currently 4'1 and weighs 48 lbs.
He recently had an x-ray of his left hand for the evaluation of his skeletal age. According to the standards of Greulich and Pyle his bone age is 5 years. The standard deviation is 9.17 months.
Should I be concerned that his chronological age and bone age do not match? What does this mean??  Is there anyway to predict his adult height???
