Both my daughters have lumps on their necks

I have a 5 1/2 year daughter and a 7 month old daughter. I first discovered lumps on both sides of my 5 year old when she was about 3 1/2. I had them looked at and the doctor just said they were swollen lympnodes and that they would go away. A year and a half later, they are still there. Also when my 7 month old was only 3 months, I nocticed a lump in almost the same spot as her older sister.  They are about the size of a pea and move when you push on them. My 5 year old says that it doesn't hurt when touched. I am still not happy with the answer the doctor keeps giving me.  Should I get a second opinion?

Mine son has it to and I think I had the same answer from the Dr. It could also be a phatty cyst. No wories, the Dr said it is ok and not in a bad place. My daughter has one above her eye brow and was removed when she was an infant. Ofcourse you can always go and get a second opinion.
