Brain surgery

Brain surgery

My 6-year old boy has an enlarged ventricle. All the test show that is slightly enlarged. However, he does not walk independently, he walks with assitance and cruises around. He just started saying a few workd, linking those workd to the persons and thinks, he is not just repeating. He's been in the Early Intervention Program since he was 6-months old, now attends a special school with physica, occupational and speech therapists and had helped a lot, but a I want to help him more. Is there any brain micro or macro surgery to replace a brain ventricle? Is there a clinical procedure to help him?
Please let me know, I'll take him anywhere, but need to help my son to have a better life, the life he deserves! I want to see him walking independently, talking to his brother.
I heard that Germany and Netherland have made progress in brain surgery, is this true?

Please, please help me I need to help my little one.

Thanks!
