CHILD BREAST CANCER?

I AM SO VERY CONFUSED AND WORRIED. MY NEPHEW WHO IS 11 YEARS OLD HAS BEEN COMPLAING ABOUT BREAST PAIN IN ONE OF HIS BREAST WAS TAKEN TO THE DOCTOR FOR EXMINATION. THE DOCTOR TOLD MY SISTER THAT THERE IS A BLACK SPOT AROUND HIS BREAST (SHWON TO HIM BY THE BLLOD SAMPLE HE TOOK FROM HIM). THE POOR LITTLE THING IS NOW COMPLAINING ABOUT THE PAIN IN BOTH HIS BREAST.
I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO RESEARCH THESE SYMPTOMS ON GOOGLE BUT CAME UP WITH NOTHING. I AM DESPERATELY IN NEED OF SOME ADVICE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
