Child Urination

My 11 almost 12 year old daughter has been feeling nauseous. She would sometimes wake me up in the middle of the night saying she feels like vomiting. I recently got a call from her teacher saying she has been telling her she is going to throw up. I kept her home for a few days but nothing has happened. What should I do/

okay ... does she feel like this only after eating and not before ? I am wondering about her sugar levels .if she could have low blood sugar , hypoglycemia is low , the fact she wakes in the night unwell could mean she had a drop in blood sugar level .I think she should go for a check up at the doctor and have some blood work done .. This doesnt mean diabetes it means the levels are not balanced as they should be ..What time of evening does she have her last meal and what does she eat ?

Its been going on since the beginning of july. She has been eating the same thing and no changes in her diet. My daughter is always happy to go to school and play with her friends.

How long has this been going on , has she been eating something different , is she drinking enough, as she could be dehydrated, get her on plenty of liquids , water and even soda/pedialyte for the electrolytes. How is she doing at school is she happy to go in the mornings ?
