Child with neuro problems

I am Subhash from India. My sister’s daughter has 2 year old now, but her right hand not work properly. She can able to lift the hand but can’t catch anything. At the of delivery they pulled forcibly, then her nerve got serious injury after that for about three month the hand was not even moving, then we go for physiotherapy she got little improvement with in one year. After that there is no further improvement yet now. I anticipating a good advice from any of you so please help me.

hi, in the case of these children physical therapy is a good choice for gross movements. but you should refer to occupational therapy for fine movement of the hand. they  work more professional in these cases. specially sensory simulations to the hand is very important which should be done by an occupational therapist.
