My daughter gets cold and cough very easily and while being in India we were using a medicine named "Medler" (prescribed by the doctor) and it was really a very very effective medicine.
from past one year we have tried a couple of over the counter available cold syrups but nothing has really worked. Could you please suggest some over the counter medicine (syrup) available in the pharmacy which is an equivalent of Medler.
The details are
MEDLER syr: pseudoephedrine hydrochloride 15 mg, chlorphenamine maleate 1 mg, acetaminophen 125 mg/5 mL.
