Dehydration/Tachycardia

Dehydration/Tachycardia

I have a 5 year old girl that has urinated twice in 24 hours.  Urine is dark amber and  moderate amount when she does go.  She has been running a fever for 48 hours and went to the Doctor today and she tested positive for strep.  She i throwing up now and the Doctor just ordered Zofran to help so we can maybe get her first dose of Amoxicillin in today.  The Doctor said she possibly hadn't been urinating due to being stubborn while ill.  The other thing is I just checked her heart rate and she is 121 bpm.  Should I be worried or should I trust in what the Doctor is saying.  Keep in mind before we went to the Doctor I had given her Tylenol for her fever and she was in better spirits.  Not herself but better.  When we were all done and leaving the pharmacy I stopped to go to the BR and she vomited a moderate amount of clear fluid in the stall.  I had just had her drank 3 small cups of water to try and get her to pee so they could have a urine sample.  She was unable to do so.  She peed at 1pm yesterday, 11pm last night and 5pm tonight.  Is that adequate?  Thank you so much for your help.  I am really worried and don't know what to do or think.

No in my opinion it is not enough and I think it may be good to take her back or even to the ER she may need fluids intravenously .The dark urine tells me she is severely dehydrated so I would take her ASAP
