Dont know whats going on

My three yr old has had alot of vilont problems any little thing will set him off, a toy he dont what anyone else to have, posesive with me dont want his brothers around unless he dont see, fights with his brothers. My son is pritty bad with his temper he spits, kicks, bites and leaves black and blue marks on there bodys and does the same for me. we have been to a pediatric already he as a speech problem in therapy for that, in early childhood development as well for school. The doc put him on prozac as well phyc doc we went to said there are some red flags on autism and the school says they dont see that. Going to another doc for a second opin. Sound i get a test done for a chemical imbalance? what should i do ? Before the meds he was way worse but now its alittle better he gets worse again then better. i had an eeg on his brain and that came up normal. Not sure what to do?
Thank you for ur time

How old are his brothers are they older, could he be copying them,.I have to ask why any Doctor would put a child on Prozac and in my opinion it could be the cause of the behavior so yes my answer is take him for another opinion . I think  it would be a good idea to look at the dynamics , does he go to daycare ?.good luck

the doc put him on prozac because of is behavior and so he could have a longer attention spand in school, his bothers r 5 and 2 and both of them put together dont even act that bad with there behaviors.

sorry but I do not think putting a 3 year old onto Prozac so he would have a longer attention span is very good  I suggest you go onto the internet and research side effects of Prozac ..especially in children ..
