Fetal Hydrops - could it reoccur

Hi

In April 08 my first unborn child was diagnosed with Fetal Hydrops at 20 weeks.  I went into labour spontaneously at 28 weeks and due to underdeveloped lungs he never took a breath.
The ultimate cause of the Hydrops was never determined and some docs say it could be genetic while others say it is not.  My husband and I are third cousins and I worry that this may reoccur ... Where I come from this type of testing is very limited and although I'm dying to get pregnant again I dread the worries about this reoccuring.

Any advice?
