Fever Twice In Three Week Period

My 20 month old has fever again this month, is that normal?  About three weeks ago my daughter had a fever, it went up to 102 and change. It was only for about 24 hours. She wasn't exposed to anyone sick, or at least no one I knew about. Took her to her doctors which she had seen a week before she got sick and he said it must have been a 24 hour bug and she looks healthy. Last night, about three weeks later she had a fever again. She seems to be a little more sick this time then last, but again it came from no where.  She also had blood work done recently and everything looks fine. She's been to the doctors twice this month... I don't know what it could be.

We have heard this a lot where the child is sick with either stomach upsets, rashes, fevers..gets well to go down again with the same thing a couple of weeks later .he Doctors seem to say let it take its course. If you child has been to have a check up, just make sure she is comfortable and well hydrated ..sounds like it will be over with soon .If she seems worse and the fever is high take her back again ...good luck
